Thank you for your interest in the Boundless Technologies Reseller program. Our Reseller program is designated for a select few resellers that deserve special treatment, rewards and benefits for their efforts in selling, promoting and creating value add solutions for the Boundless Technologies line of thin clients.

To become a part of this exclusive group, you must be able to meet the program requirements. This will ensure that we give maximum exposure to partners that are serious about being successful partners with Boundless Technologies.

To be considered for the reseller program, please review the program details and fill out the credit application form. Your application will be processed by our executive committee, to ensure only the best and most committed partners are accepted into this program.

Boundless Technologies Reseller Program
The Boundless Technologies Reseller program is about partnering and bringing customers together with thin client technology. Our goal, with your support, is to deliver complete end-to-end solutions to small and mid-size customers. The Boundless Technologies Reseller Program is for resellers and integrators that are committed to developing, marketing and selling  Ericom WebConnect,  Graph On Go-Global, SAP Business 1 or Microsoft Hyper-V with thin client solutions and client management software. In return, we have designed the program to help you in all these areas. Some of the benefits of the Boundless Technologies Reseller Program include a Volume Incentive Rebate program, Engineering Support, Marketing and Sales support.

Overview of Program Benefits
Boundless Technologies provides service and support in the following areas:

  Marketing Support
Boundless Technologies offers a variety of marketing and lead generation activities to help drive awareness for your company’s solution. Activities include website promotion, event support and collaboration, joint press releases, and collateral to support direct mailings, and solution literature.

Sales Support
Partners will receive the tools and training they need to sell our joint solutions. Sales leads will be provided directly to the business partner in warranted situations and the Boundless Technologies Sales Team will be available for joint sales calls.

Technical Support
Partners will have access to our partner hotline, dedicated to serving you Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Technical support is also available through our website.

Boundless Technologies (previously ADDS) has been manufacturing desktop terminals, X-Station and thin clients for close to 40 years. Boundless Technologies is the only custom manufacturer for text terminals and thin clients operating within the US. We provide the channel with custom configurations, built to order, and to ship most products within days of an order. Because we drop ship all products anywhere in the world, our channel partners do not need to inventory our products.

By offering our partners high performance, custom thin clients we open a new market up for our resellers. Boundless Technologies has extensive experience in custom, build-to-order products. Our 6300 and 6700 thin clients were designed to be highly customizable. If the 6300 or 6700 is not the right solution, Boundless Technologies engineers can design a thin client for your customers from our 7500 series platform.

This program targets companies who, together with Boundless Technologies, can provide a turn-key solution for the following verticals.

  • Manufacturing Execution and Industrial Control Systems

  • Healthcare Solutions

Partner Requirements
In evaluating a potential partner, Boundless Technologies examines several criteria to determine the potential partner’s level of commitment and contribution to Boundless Technologies. Partners will be re-evaluated annually to review performance and ensure a fair selection process. Only those companies that meet the decision criteria will be invited to join the Partner Program. Criteria vary by partner category. Following are several examples:

Strategic alignment: The Partner must have a thin client solution, in one of the targeted verticals, a strategy within the vertical or in some way add significant value to the Boundless Technologies strategy.
Customer Base: The Partner must identify a customer or customers that are willing to deploy a thin client solution.
Program Commitment: The Partner must meet the annual minimum product commitment to qualify for maximum discount levels.
Solutions Support Capability: The Partner must be able to provide customer support for their solution.
