Warranty Information

Prior to sending your Boundless product in for repair, we suggest you contact our technical support group for assistance. If we determine that your product needs repair, we will give you an SRA (service return authorization) number. This number should be used for all inquiries regarding your equipment and must be clearly visible on the outside of the shipping container to ensure proper handling.

Please remove all NON-Boundless parts from the equipment. Boundless Technologies is not responsible for customer owned supplies. Equipment should be returned in the original packaging whenever possible. Boundless Service Centers will supply new boxes in advance upon request (for a nominal fee).

Our service centers will always try to accommodate your special requests or requirements. Please contact the center in your region to discuss your specific needs with our service representatives.

Limited Warranty Terms & Conditions

Boundless Technologies at 1916 Route 96, Phelps, NY 14532 warrants to the original end user purchaser that the product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase to the corresponding standard warranty time period specified on the warranty options chart printed above. In accordance with the terms of this limited warranty, Boundless Technologies, at its expense (except as stated below), shall either repair or replace any product or part thereof which is proven defective.

TO OBTAIN SERVICE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY you must return the product, freight prepaid and insured (or assume the risk of loss or damage during shipment) in the original container or an equivalent, to a Boundless Technologies Service Center. If the unit was not registered, a written receipt for the product, showing the date of purchase, distributor's or dealer's name from whom you purchased the product, and both the model and serial number of the Boundless Technologies product must accompany any request or claim for work to be performed. Boundless Technologies will pay the return freight, within the continental United States, on all units returned within the standard warranty period.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS repair or replacement at the discretion of Boundless Technologies.
