Registration Period: March 7th – 24th, 2025
Initial Selection Notifications: March 31st, 2025
Filing Period: April 1st – June 30th, 2025

A new Form I-129 will be mandatory for all petitions starting January 17th, 2025, with no grace period for prior editions.

Understanding the H-1B Process

The H-1B process involves several steps that can feel daunting at first. We’re here to break it down and make it manageable for you:

Preparation and Evaluation Phase: January 1st – Feb 1st, 2025

During this phase, Boundless works with you to ensure everything is ready for a smooth H-1B application process. Here’s what each participant needs to do:
- Sponsoring Employer
  - Open H-1B Cap application on Boundless platform
  - Provide information about international employee’s position, salary, work location(s), and duties
- International Employee
  - Complete tasks assigned to you on the Boundless platform by providing information regarding your education and immigration history and upload corresponding documentation
- Boundless Attorney
  - Boundless attorneys will review all the information and advise on the best Standard Occupational Code (“SOC”), strategy , and any potential risks for moving forward.
Registration Phase: March 7th – March 24th

During this critical period, Boundless will guide you through:
- USCIS account setup
- Information submission
- Registration fee payment
- Confirmation tracking
Selection Phase: Starting March 31st

Once registrations are submitted, Boundless helps you prepare for the next steps:
- Lottery Participation: We’ll keep you updated on the selection process.
- Results notification: As soon as results are released, we’ll notify you and provide guidance.
- Next steps planning: If selected, we’ll outline the actions needed to complete your application.
- Alternative options consideration: For those not selected, Boundless provides support in exploring other visa options.
