Andrew Harris Smith is a seasoned business immigration attorney with over seven years of experience in corporate immigration law. At Boundless, Andrew focuses on supporting high-skilled immigrants across a wide range of fields including researchers, artists, business leaders, and leading IT professionals. He specializes in EB-2 NIW, O-1, and EB-1A petitions.
Biography
Before joining Boundless, Andrew worked at ImmiPartner, where he handled H-1Bs, PERMs, E-3s, L-1s, and TNs, and primarily managed writing-based cases such as EB-1s, O-1s, and NIWs. Prior to that, he was with North America Immigration Law Firm (Chen Immigration), where he managed high volumes of EB-2 NIW, EB-1A, and O-1 petitions for researchers and developed deep expertise in crafting successful responses to Requests for Evidence.
Andrew was drawn to Boundless by the opportunity to leverage modern resources and technology to make the high-skilled immigration process more accessible to individuals who need it. He is passionate about helping clients navigate the complex and often stressful U.S. immigration process with clarity, care, and practical guidance.
He holds a J.D. from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree from Haverford College.
