Biography

With more than six years of legal experience, Bea has worked across both family-based and employment-based immigration at boutique law firms and nonprofit organizations. Her practice is defined by a thoughtful, collaborative approach to complex immigration challenges, particularly those that require a nuanced strategy and close coordination between employers and employees.

Bea was drawn to Boundless by its forward-thinking mission and innovative model, which offered the opportunity to be part of a company transforming the immigration experience. She is especially fulfilled by cases that require balancing corporate priorities with individual aspirations, helping companies secure global talent while guiding employees toward long-term immigration success.

She holds a J.D. from the University of Houston and a bachelor’s degree from Williams College.
