As Client Counsel, she leads strategic legal discussions, conducts initial assessments, and maintains clear, ongoing communication with clients throughout their immigration journey.
Biography
Bo has spent the past several years specializing in O-1A, EB-2 NIW, and EB-1A cases. Her earlier experience spans both employment-based and family-based immigration, including I-130 and I-140 petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, H-1B, PERM, and 601/601A waivers. Her background equips her to navigate a wide range of client needs with clarity and precision.
She joined Boundless to contribute to the company’s growth and to deepen her expertise in high-impact, specialized case types. Bo is passionate about helping clients turn uncertainty into clarity by breaking complex immigration issues into simple, actionable steps. She strives to provide transparency and assurance at every stage of the process.
Bo holds a J.D. from Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
