Biography

Jackie began her career at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, where she contributed to the development of federal policy and regulation for employment-based visa sponsorship during the Obama administration. She transitioned to private practice in 2016 and has since advised multinational corporations as well as small and mid-sized employers across sectors including science, engineering, finance, technology, hospitality, marketing, and education.

Her work is grounded in the belief that strong immigration programs are built by aligning legal precision with practical business needs. Jackie is focused on delivering compliant, efficient processes that help employers attract and retain top international talent. At Boundless, she was drawn to the company’s mission to build smarter, more human-centered immigration solutions through technology. She values how the Boundless platform increases transparency and efficiency while keeping foreign nationals fully informed and supported throughout the sponsorship journey.

Jackie holds a J.D. from George Washington University Law School and a B.S. in Political Science from Suffolk University.
