Jacob Binnall serves as Operations Counsel at Boundless, where he focuses on quality control and legal strategy for clients with extraordinary abilities. He ensures each case is thoroughly supported, strategically framed, and aligned with USCIS expectations to maximize the chances of success.
Biography
Before joining Boundless, Jacob worked at Corporate Immigration Partners, where he specialized in self-petitioned EB cases for individuals with exceptional ability. He also practiced immigration, civil rights, and employment law as a solo attorney and previously clerked for the Rhode Island judiciary. His background brings together technical legal analysis with a strong commitment to advocating for high-achieving professionals.
Jacob was drawn to Boundless by the opportunity to focus more deeply on high-impact immigration work. He finds particular fulfillment in helping clients present their accomplishments in a way that is both compelling and compliant, especially when navigating non-traditional backgrounds or complex documentation challenges.
He earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law, a master’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a bachelor’s degree from the same institution.
