Biography
Kassidy’s career spans the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Prior to Boundless, she served as a Senior Associate Attorney at Vialto Partners and held immigration law roles at MacDonald Hoague & Bayless and the North America Immigration Law Group. Her experience includes business immigration, asylum, removal defense, and family-based matters. She also worked in-house at a large technology company and has held fellowships and internships at the Southern Poverty Law Center, the U.S. Department of Justice, and Prisoners’ Legal Services of New York.
With a decade-long commitment to advancing equitable and effective immigration solutions, Kassidy thrives in scenarios that require creativity and strategy, particularly in the high-skilled immigration space. She takes pride in finding solutions in complex regulatory situations and advocating for clients with clarity and care.
Kassidy earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and holds undergraduate degrees in International Affairs and Spanish from the University of Georgia.
