Biography
Kimberly brings over twelve years of experience in U.S. business immigration, having worked across law firms, in-house legal teams, and global legal service providers. Her previous roles include positions at Amazon, Ogletree Deakins, Fragomen Worldwide, Seyfarth Shaw, and Go Global Immigration PLLC. She has built and led immigration programs for Fortune 500 companies, managed global legal teams, and implemented high-volume, compliance-focused processes across H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, PERM, and complex I-140 and adjustment of status filings. Her career is defined by the ability to merge legal precision with operational strategy to deliver business-aligned solutions at scale.
