Biography

Prior to joining Boundless, Krystal served in a senior legal role at Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, where she led a team advising multinational clients on high-volume immigration workflows and complex visa strategy. Her early career included nearly six years as a lead paralegal, giving her firsthand insight into both client needs and process design. She has worked with companies of all sizes, from large corporations to fast-scaling startups, and brings a deep understanding of workforce mobility and consular processing.

Krystal was drawn to Boundless by the opportunity to make high-quality immigration services more accessible. She is driven by the desire to help individuals build lives in the United States and share their talents in ways that benefit the country. Known for her responsiveness and diligence, Krystal enjoys guiding clients through the U.S. immigration system and developing clear, achievable paths toward success.

She holds a J.D. from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a B.A. in Government with a minor in Mathematics from The College of William & Mary.
