Meagan Zabadal is Managing Immigration Counsel at Boundless, where she focuses on employment-based immigration filings with an emphasis on EB-1A petitions. She works closely with clients to develop strong case strategies, draft persuasive legal arguments, and ensure documentation meets the rigorous standards of USCIS. In addition to her client work, she contributes to internal process improvements that support consistency and efficiency across the legal team.
Biography
Meagan is a New York City–based immigration attorney with a diverse background across nonprofit organizations and private practice. Her career includes experience with asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), VAWA, and U visa cases, and she has appeared frequently in family court for SIJS matters. She also brings significant experience in employment-based immigration, particularly in EB-1 and O-1 petitions.
She was drawn to Boundless by its mission to make immigration more accessible and transparent through the use of technology. The opportunity to apply her legal skills on a broader scale while improving systems and workflows aligned with both her values and her professional goals.
Meagan holds a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, an LL.M. from Charles University in Prague, and a B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
