Natasha Chakraborty is Managing Immigration Counsel at Boundless, where she applies her strengths in legal writing and case strategy to guide professionals, entrepreneurs, and multinational employers through complex immigration matters. Her primary focus includes employment-based immigration, particularly EB-1, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 visa categories.
Biography
With over a decade of experience, Natasha has worked across law firms, corporate immigration practices, and nonprofit legal service providers. She has led high-volume caseloads at Fragomen and AG Immigration, delivered specialized casework through her own freelance platform Advantage Pathways LLC, and served vulnerable communities at United Community – Progreso.
She joined Boundless to be part of an organization at the forefront of innovation in immigration, where emerging technologies are thoughtfully applied to improve outcomes and expand access. Natasha particularly enjoys solving problems that require both empathy and systems thinking, making immigration more efficient and human-centered for clients.
She holds a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and a B.A. from the University of Miami.
