Biography
Rob has worked extensively on EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 visa strategies during his time at Corporate Immigration Partners. Earlier in his career at Jackson Lewis P.C., he progressed from law clerk to Associate Attorney, supporting high-volume H-1B and L-1 casework. In addition to his business immigration background, Rob has dedicated time to humanitarian immigration, representing individuals in asylum, marriage-based petitions, and naturalization cases. His approach blends legal precision with compassionate advocacy.
Rob earned his J.D. from Vermont Law and Graduate School, an LL.M. in Sustainability Studies from Arizona State University, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Lawrence University. He was drawn to Boundless by its culture of dedication and efficient communication, and he finds fulfillment in educating clients and helping them feel secure as they move through complex immigration processes.
