Data Deletion


If you have decided not to use Boundless to guide you in your citizenship or immigration journey, you may at any time request to have your Personal Information deleted from Boundless records and systems.


How to request Data Deletion

To request deletion, please send an email to your Application Guide or to help@boundless.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”

In the body of your email, please include the following details:

  • Your full name
  • The email address you used to register an account with Boundless

Below those details, please paste the following message:

“I request to have my Personal Information deleted from all Boundless records and systems. I understand that once my Personal Information has been deleted, that data will no longer be accessible in the future.”


IMPORTANT: Data Deletion is permanent. Once we have deleted your Personal Information from all Boundless records and systems, we will not be able to restore your data under any circumstances.


What happens next?

Once we have processed your request, we will delete your Personal Information — including all data entered into the application, all documents uploaded, and any forms that you may have previously accessed — and these will become unavailable to both Boundless and to you.

Within 1 business day, your Application Guide or another Boundless representative will send you an email confirming that we have deleted your data.


Additional information

In some situations, we may be legally required to retain your Personal Information or may not be able to comply with a request to delete data. This does not apply to the majority of our customers, and in the event that we cannot comply with your request, we will notify you via email and explain why.

Data Restoration


As mentioned above, Data Deletion is permanent. Once we have deleted your Personal Information from all Boundless records and systems, we will not be able to restore your data under any circumstances.

If you decide to use Boundless again in the future, you will need to re-enter your information into the application and reupload all documents.
