Biography

April brings deep experience in business immigration law, advising both corporate clients and individual professionals on employment-based visa strategy and compliance. Before joining Boundless, she served as an Associate Attorney at Berry Appleman & Leiden (BAL), where she worked on high-volume corporate immigration matters, including EB-1, O-1, EB-2 NIW, AOS, H-1B, L-1, and TN petitions. She began her career at Guerra & Associates Law Group, handling family-based immigration, VAWA, U visas, court, and consular matters.

April was drawn to Boundless by its tech-forward approach to immigration. She values the opportunity to help build systems that make expert legal guidance more accessible, and she finds fulfillment in helping clients navigate options that extend beyond employer-sponsored pathways.

She holds a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and a B.A. in Economics from Trinity University.
