Biography
Before joining Boundless, Dennis served as an immigration attorney at top firms including Fragomen (in both Boston and New York) and Berry, Appleman & Leiden in Dallas. He also clerked for the First Circuit Court of Appeals, supporting immigration matters at the federal level. Across these roles, he has worked closely with Fortune 100 companies and global employers, gaining firsthand insight into the systems and strategies that support high-volume immigration success.
Dennis joined Boundless to support companies earlier in their immigration journeys—those building awareness, navigating growing pains, and getting their footing in the U.S. system. He thrives on educating emerging businesses about immigration processes and helping them overcome unique challenges such as Requests for Evidence, which evolve each year in complexity and nuance.
He holds a J.D. from New England School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island.
