Biography

Prior to joining Boundless, Jelena was an immigration attorney at Goldstein and Associates, where she managed a wide-ranging caseload that included employment-based matters such as EB-1A, NIW, and O-1A, as well as family-based petitions. She represented clients before both USCIS and the Executive Office for Immigration Review, including defense in high-stakes removal proceedings brought by ICE and DHS. She also previously worked as a document review attorney at Morgan Lewis & Bockius, focusing on complex litigation reviews.

Jelena was drawn to Boundless by its mission-focused, tech-driven model and the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that fosters mentorship and professional growth. She is especially passionate about helping underrecognized professionals translate their contributions into strong legal narratives that highlight their global impact and value.

She holds a J.D. from Charlotte School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.
