Biography

Before joining Boundless, Meaghan operated her own law practice for over seventeen years. Her work has spanned corporate immigration, removal defense, visa applications, and bankruptcy cases under Chapters 7, 11, and 13. She has successfully represented clients before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and has secured O and P visas for professionals and Olympic athletes. Meaghan has also held key roles in both nonprofit and private law firms, including Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Trenk DiPasquale, and Gibbons P.C.

She joined Boundless to focus on client service without the administrative demands of running a law firm. Meaghan takes pride in helping people gain legal status in the U.S., knowing that this often sets a new and positive course for entire families.

She holds a J.D. from Widener University Law School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and a B.A. from Fairfield University in Connecticut.
