Olga Guzhva serves as Managing Immigration Attorney and Operations Counsel at Boundless Immigration, where she leads strategy for complex employment-based immigration matters. She oversees high-volume case review and preparation, partnering closely with founders, HR leaders, and legal teams to ensure global hiring needs are met with precision, speed, and long-term compliance. Olga also works cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate legal insight into scalable, platform-driven solutions that reflect current immigration guidance and operational clarity.

Biography
Olga began her legal career practicing corporate and contract law in Ukraine before immigrating to the United States. Inspired by her own journey, she transitioned into U.S. immigration law and has spent over a decade advising globally mobile professionals and companies on petitions including O-1, L-1, E-2, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW. Prior to joining Boundless, Olga ran her own immigration and tax law practice for nearly eight years, supporting clients through RFEs, visa interviews, consular strategy, adjustment of status, and cross-border compliance. As a licensed tax attorney with an LL.M. in Taxation, she also helped clients navigate IRS audits, Offers in Compromise, and the intersection of immigration and international tax law.
At Boundless, Olga’s work supports not only external clients but also internal legal education and mentorship. She helps scale legal operations with a focus on clarity, consistency, and outcome-driven processes. Her approach emphasizes transparent guidance, strategic optionality, and setting realistic expectations to help clients make confident, informed decisions.
She has presented at regional conferences and legal clinics on employment-based immigration, tax residency, and humanitarian relief. Her pro bono contributions include work with the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project, Casa Cornelia Law Center, and the University of Washington’s Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic.
