Ting Ni serves as the Head of Legal Operations at Boundless, where she leads the standardization of legal processes across consumer, B2B corporate, and extraordinary ability application services. She collaborates cross-functionally with leaders in Customer Success and other departments to align operations and improve service delivery at scale.
Biography
With over a decade of experience in corporate immigration, Ting has led teams managing both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications for high-growth companies at one of the West Coast’s largest immigration firms. She later founded and led ImmiPartner, a boutique corporate immigration firm, and joined Boundless through its acquisition of Bridge. Her background blends legal expertise with operational leadership, supporting strategic immigration programs across diverse business needs.
Ting was drawn to Boundless by the opportunity to make a broader impact through technology. She is passionate about scaling high-quality legal services and enjoys building agile, high-performing teams that can respond to the complexities of evolving immigration standards.
She holds a J.D., cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
