How do I apply for U.S. citizenship?

The first step to becoming a U.S. citizen is to file an Application for Naturalization (Form N-400). After applying, you will undergo a biometrics appointment, as well as a citizenship interview and a two-part naturalization test (consisting of an English language test and U.S. civics test).

You can learn more about the naturalization process in Boundless’ guide.

How do I get started?

To apply for U.S. citizenship with RapidVisa, create your free account here: https://www.boundless.com/landing/family/general-all-visas. Follow the prompts to create your account, select the petition or application that applies to your situation (in this case, Naturalization), and simply answer the questions in our online questionnaire. We’ll take it from there!

Do I need an attorney, or can I do this myself?

Blank immigration forms and instructions are free from the U.S. government, and you are allowed to prepare and file your own case. Boundless is designed for people who want the expertise of an immigration lawyer without traditional law-firm pricing, combining guided software with support and, with many services, an independent attorney review before filing.
