Tu Castillo is Principal Immigration Counsel at Boundless, where she leads the team of client-facing attorneys and sets the legal standards that guide the delivery of consistent, high-quality immigration services. With over two decades of exclusive experience in corporate business immigration, Tu brings deep expertise in program design, compliance, and strategic counsel for employers of all sizes.
Biography
Her career includes roles at leading law firms such as Fragomen, Morgan Lewis, Pearl Law Group, and Tafapolsky & Smith, as well as in-house experience at Akuna Capital. She has managed immigration programs for startups and Fortune 100 companies alike and is known for her leadership in business immigration strategy. Tu is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, regularly contributing to educational committees and speaking on key topics in the field.
She was drawn to Boundless for its mission to make the immigration process more accessible and less painful through technology. Tu saw the opportunity to be part of a company focused on building a more holistic, customer-centered immigration experience, moving beyond traditional transactional models. She especially enjoys working on PERM processes and advising companies on how to align immigration policy with business goals.
Tu holds both her J.D. and B.A. in English from Santa Clara University.
