A: Sometimes an immigration attorney can help answer legal questions that our customer support team is unable to answer, so we want to offer our customers a way to access independent, Boundless-vetted attorneys. For just $39, you can book a 30 minute phone call with an attorney who will help you plan your immigration strategy.
Q: How do I book an attorney call?
A: To book a call, go to our Calendly page, and follow the instructions.
Q: What if I have to cancel?
A: You can reschedule by clicking “reschedule” on your call confirmation email sent from Calendly.
Q: What if I have to cancel?
A: We do not provide refunds for cancellations. But, if you have to cancel, please email attorneystrategycall@boundless.com as soon as possible, and we will evaluate refunds on a case by case basis.
Q: What happens when I book the call?
A: Once you book a call, you will receive a confirmation email and a calendar invite with all of the dial-in information. Please dial-in or use the Google Meet tool at the booked time.

A: The goal of this call is to help you understand your immigration situation and answer any questions you have. The independent attorneys are there to help guide you on your immigration goals.
Q: How long will the call last?
A: The call will last 30 minutes in total. The attorney will call in via a Google Hangout. You can either use the Google Hangout tool or call in via a conference line.

A: Please fill out the questionnaire in the Calendly booking tool. The attorney will review your responses right before the call.

A: Your attorney is an independent attorney who has been vetted by Boundless to make sure they have relevant experience for your needs. We look for attorneys who have several years of experience in family immigration law, including a large number of successful application filings. And beyond just skills and experience, we look for attorneys who are responsive, empathetic, and respected in their professional community. Please note that the independent attorneys are not employees of Boundless

A: Please note that ASC customers will not be able to hire the independent attorney they speak with; the attorney you are matched with will simply make themselves available for the one-time strategy call.

A: We cannot guarantee that you will work with the same attorney that you spoke to via the Attorney Strategy Call service.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: Please note that we can only refund the $39 fee if the attorney does not attend the scheduled call. However, we will evaluate refunding customers on a case by case basis. If you would like to request a refund, please reach out to our team directly via email at attorneystrategycall@boundless.com.
