Boundless Immigration has once again been recognized as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S., earning a place on Inc. Magazine’s prestigious annual Inc. 5000 list.
The list celebrates some of the country’s most successful and influential businesses, with past honorees including Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Under Armour, Timberland, Oracle, and Patagonia. Boundless ranked number 1,955 in 2025, rising from number 2,142 in 2024. Boundless also made the regionals list for the Pacific Northwest, ranking number 83, up from number 94 last year.
“Making the Inc. 5000 is always a remarkable achievement, but earning a spot this year speaks volumes about a company’s tenacity and clarity of vision,” said Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “These businesses have thrived amid rising costs, shifting global dynamics, and constant change. They didn’t just weather the storm — they grew through it, and their stories are a powerful reminder that the entrepreneurial spirit is the engine of the U.S. economy.”
How the Inc. 5000 Is Determined
To create its annual list, Inc. evaluates companies based on percentage revenue growth over a three-year period. Eligible businesses must be:
- U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent (not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies) as of the end of the ranking year
- Founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2021
- Earning at least $100,000 in 2021 and $2 million in 2024
Applicants submit details about their founding date, employee count, and verified revenue figures, which are reviewed alongside background checks to ensure companies meet Inc.’s standards. While many honorees remain private, some may go public or be acquired after qualifying.
