Biography
Mareza’s background spans Big Law and senior in-house counsel roles at two of the world’s largest IT enterprises. She has led global legal teams, managed complex compliance frameworks, and served as a trusted advisor in change management, governmental relations, and corporate communications. She is also a published author and frequent panelist in the field of immigration law.
She joined Boundless to help simplify the complexities of U.S. immigration for high-achieving EB-1A petitioners through ethical, effective legal guidance. Mareza is especially committed to improving the lived experience of individuals going through the immigration process, ensuring that advocacy is matched with empathy and clarity.
She holds a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law–Newark and a B.Sc. in Environmental Science from Rutgers University Cook College.
