I am proud to announce that Boundless has unanimously won the 2018 “Business of the Year” Torch Award for Ethics from the Better Business Bureau (BBB), selected among a group of 15 finalists — including Amazon, Highspot, and Pioneer Services — across 7 states.
What I love most about this recognition is how the award’s ethics criteria, such as trust building and integrity, align perfectly with how Boundless approaches every customer relationship. When I started Boundless in early 2017, I set out to build the company I wish my family could have used when we went through multiple rounds of confusing green card and citizenship applications. Unfortunately, we live in a world where immigration has never been more confusing and where immigrant families are often tragically taken advantage of. That is why our first company value is, and will always be, “immigrants first.”
Since January 2018, we have helped nearly 1,000 families through the marriage green card application process. Every month, we also help over 150,000 people learn about the immigration process through our library of free resources and guides. What I’m most proud of, however, is our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If our customers are not fully satisfied with our service, we will provide a full refund. This underscores how our team strives to treat every single family and application as if it were their own. Every day, I am humbled and honored by the immigrant families who place their trust in our hands. It is a responsibility we do not take lightly, and this award will serve as a positive reminder of that responsibility.
