How does it work?
We will process your request within 3 business days. All refund or credit requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Customers deemed ineligible for our products and services can request a full refund at any point. We will review all other refund requests outside of these policies on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately, we can’t refund or credit any money paid to the government (such as filing fees), or to other third parties involved in processing your order. We also can’t refund any money paid by you to third parties, such as payments you made to a Boundless independent attorney providing legal services under a separate attorney agreement.
RFE Support Guarantee
If you received a Request for Evidence (RFE) or other notice from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) because of an error Boundless made, we’ll help you respond to the government at no additional cost.*
*If you received an RFE because you failed to include required documents even when Boundless warned you about those missing documents, we will charge a $300 fee to process adjustments and ship a new application.
